From Farmers' Markets to Fall Craft Fairs: Finish Summer Strong and Get Ready for Your Best Season Yet.

If you've been showing up to farmers' markets all summer, first thing to do is just pause. You've earned that. Early mornings, Colorado weather, long days, it's a lot.
Now, before you dive headfirst into creating for fall, take a moment and let your customers tell you what's next. What sold out every weekend? What barely moved? What were people asking for that you didn't have? That's free market research and it sets the tone for a strong fall. As you start looking ahead, remember, summer shoppers buy for themselves. Fall shoppers are buying for everyone else. That shift changes everything. Display, bundles, even how you talk about your products.
Start small now, build holiday inventory, refresh your booth, think warm colors and gift bundles, start capturing every customer you can, emails, Instagram follows, those folks become your best fall customers. And don't forget to celebrate. Whether you've done 5 markets or 50, you've learned and grown. And that's worth honoring.
Here's your quick vendor challenge. Before your next market, jot down your top five bestsellers, circle three you'd bet your fall season on. Then brainstorm one new gift bundle or holiday version of those products. Small steps now mean a smoother, more profitable fall.
One of my favorite parts of Cherokee Trail Craft Fair is watching vendors succeed. Not just because it makes for a great event, but because small businesses thriving strengthens our whole community. I'm cheering for you. Go create your best season yet. Cherokee Trail Vendor Success Series: Helping Vendors
