Vendor Load In
Vendor Load Out

Access Time 

  • The doors will open at 6:30am for you to unload your items. 

  • A Craft Fair Volunteer will be by your booth to check you in. You do not have to come to the PTCO table to check in.

Vendor Load In

  • ​The Upper Lot (West Lot) provides convenient, direct access to the school's upper level, while the Lower Lot (East Lot) offers direct access to the lower level, without having to use the elevator. Please ensure you park in the appropriate lot for unloading.

  • If you are in the Cafeteria, Gym, Lower Commons, Lower Hallway - you may unload in the lower lot (East lot). You can park in the fire lane, unload and then move your car.​

    • If you are in the Cafeteria - you may enter through the main lower entrance or the 2nd cafeteria entrance to the right of the big windows

    • If you are in the Gym - you may unload from the north side of the school, there is one exterior gym entrance. Or you may enter through the main lower entrance and go to the right when you come to the commons.

    • If you are in the Lower Commons - you may enter through the main lower entrance

    • If you are in the Lower Hallway (LH 1 to LH 23) - you may enter through the main lower entrance and go to the left when you come to the commons.

    • If you are in the Lower Hallway (LH 23 to LH 43) - you may enter through the middle academic entrance.

  • If you are in the Upper Commons or Upper Hallway - you may unload in the upper lot (West lot). You can park in the fire lane, unload and then move your car. 

    • If you are in the Upper Commons - you may enter through the main upper entrance

    • If you are in the Upper Hallway (UH 1 to UH 12) - you may enter through the main upper entrance and go to the right when you come to the commons.

    • If you are in the Upper Hallway (UH 12 to UH 30) - you may enter through the Bridge Doors. 

    • Youth Entrepreneurs please unload and at enter through the Bridge Doors, go to the right.

  • Please unload and move your car before you set-up. This ensures that all vendors can unload quickly and close to their booths.

  • After unloading, You MUST move your car to the back of the lot, this allows shoppers easier access to visit us.

  • DO NOT MOVE the cones in the lot.

 

Vendor Load Out

  • The same locations are available as load in. 

  • We do ask that you pack up your booth and are ready to completely load out before you move your car to load up. 

  • We want to keep traffic following and moving please be courteous of your fellow vendors.

Handcarts, wagons, and other moving supplies

  • The school does not have carts for vendor use.

  • Please bring your own moving supplies.

  • Sam's Club, Costco, and other shops have great deals on Wagons and handcarts.

Volunteers

  • We will have Volunteers to help you unload and load your cars.

  • Students are here to help during load-in and load-out only.

    • Their role is to assist with the transport of items to and from your vehicle.

    • We kindly ask that you do not have volunteers unpack, set up, or pack up your booth, as their time is limited and they are focused on helping all vendors move in and out smoothly.

  • Please DO NOT TIP them they are earning volunteer hours or their club is being paid for their help!

  • Consider making a Donation to the PTCO to show your appreciation.
