Potential Vendors
Our fair is designed to make things simple, welcoming, and fun for everyone. We’re not a juried fair, and there’s no application process. All registrations are done online. You choose your own booth from the spaces available, using the tools provided below to help you find the perfect spot.
We’re proud to be an inclusive fair that values all types of vendors. Every space is designed so there truly isn’t a “bad spot,” and we work hard to ensure that every vendor has a positive experience. Our goal is for you to feel supported, enjoy your day, and connect with the wonderful community that makes this fair so special.
Most importantly, your participation helps us raise funds for Cherokee Trail High School PTCO. The success of our vendors directly supports teacher grants, student programs, and our school community, so while you’re building your business, you’re also making a difference.

We update this list every week so you can see which vendors have already joined us for the fair. It’s one of the best ways to get a feel for the mix of products and creativity coming together! We encourage you to take a look, compare it with the booth map, and start imagining where you’d like to be. Watching the list grow each week is also a fun way to see the energy of the fair building, we’d love for you to be part of it too!
